Super location, very good access by buses and there are two metro lines nearby. As for the room, on the first day we got a small room without a window, but on the second day a very nice service changed our room to a normal, large room with a window - in inside there was a lot of space to unpack suitcases and cosmetics. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The breakfasts were of average quality. The staff was really helpful. The location and the staff are the strong points of this hotel. It is worth going to the terrace on the 5th floor - nice view and a nice atmosphere for a glass of wine or a drink in the evening. Neighborhood not too bad - some good restaurants nearby. Closer to the station it gets worse, so the hotel is just a bit further away, so there are fewer people, bustle and tramps nearby.

The location is perfect, in walking distance to everywhere, as well as very close to the central train station and the bus terminal. At the same time the neighborhood is calm and silent, without crazy crowds of tourists. The staff is excellent, 24 hours front desk was a huge bonus, as we've arrived after midnight and didn't want to add a stress of not making it to the check-in to already built-up pressure of being not able to get to the city. Beds were comfy but short (yes, we're tall) but I didn't make friends with pillows. Overall it's all ok. The room has everything needed for the comfortable stay, it's very clean and the room service does its job well. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel is 7 min walk from Termini train/bus station and even less from metro stations. Went with my daughter and we felt safe walking around both day and night. Perfectly located for walking to all the main tourist attractions, apart from the Vatican, but that’s only 5 stops on the Metro. We had a twin room on 5th floor which was a good size and had a shared terrace. It was very quiet and was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast, although a little too sweet for us, was plentiful and included pastries, cake, bread, cheese, meats, yoghurt and a little fruit. Wi-Fi was good.

It's a three-star hotel, but it ticks every box. The location is fantastic, close to Termini station (with direct link to airport), buses and Metro, next to the opera theatre, lots of restaurants on the doorstep and an easy walk to major attractions, galleries and sights. Great service from Impero's staff before and during the stay and the hotel has character. Small double room was plenty big enough, quiet, comfortable, very clean and refreshed daily. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Impero is a great base for exploring Rome and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartments in a central location near the train station and metro, yet away from the noise. There are several high-quality restaurants and bars in the area open until 1:30 AM. A 24-hour store is available. The room includes a desk and a luggage couch. Perhaps the only things missing are a lamp and a kettle. However, there is a neet balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with a table and a couple of chairs. It's also worth noting the aesthetic design of the hall, where you can sit and relax in comfortable chairs surrounded by paintings.
